Social media can be a very cost effective way to reach your customers, new and old. Huge numbers of people now take to social media. In just 24 hours 500 million Tweets are sent, 4.5 billion likes are clicked on Facebook and 95 million photos and videos uploaded to Instagram.
With all that information out there, Social Media is an invaluable opportunity to gain insight into your customer base. The barriers to entry are low in terms of cost, however, you do need to invest your time, and for many SME’s, there’s the rub.
