Aim: To convert the Bofas website into a CMS. The site had to use several functional modules such as News Articles, File Downloads, Members Area, Site Search and Forums. We imported their 300+ members into the system so that the society could managed their records via the website. This allowed them to keep in contact with their members and allow members to discuss issues in the private forums. Their annual meeting booking facility was also incorporated allowing members to complete the booking form and pay online using PayPal.
SEO work was required due to the new site structure so it was important that all old content was redirected to the new content.
The site had to meet W3C and Web accessibility guidelines.
